Currently Principal Consultant of Oak Hill Advisory, LLC doing professional facility management consulting for clients needing help with a commercial construction project.  Clients are usually a non-profit doing a capital fund drive for their project.    

Previously Vice President of Facility Management for five years at Adelphoi USA in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities included Facility Operations, Real Estate, Security and Project Management.

Vice President of Facility Administration for eight years at Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. This is a 600-bed acute care hospital with 1.6 Million Square Feet of physical plant. His responsibilities include Facility Operations, Security, Emergency Management, Clinical Engineering, Construction Services and Architectural Planning and Design.

Prior work experience included corporate real estate portfolio management; corporate building operations; strategic facility planning; corporate environmental, health and safety programs; space management; installations; and construction management for Kennametal Inc a major manufacturing company on a global basis. Past international president of the International Facility Management Association. As president of the association, Oversaw its operation, including its international development and formation of professional alliances.  

Holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Grove City College in electrical engineering. He is a Certified Facility Manager and a registered engineer in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Over 40 years of experience in facility operation, maintenance, management, real estate, engineering, finance and quality assessment and innovation. Member of the National Research Council committee that produced the report Stewardship of Federal Facilities: A Proactive Strategy for Managing the Nation’s Public Assets. As a result of this report testified to two House Subcommittees on “Federal Real Property Management: Obstacles and Innovative Approaches to Effective Property Management.”
